What is collected
The form asks for your first name, phone number, email address and ZIP code so a professional can reach you in your area. Dog preferences and notes about your household are optional.
Who sees it
K9PN can pass your request to a participating professional near you. Both may contact you by phone, text or email about the request.
Storage in your browser and fonts
The page notes in session storage which page you landed on so K9PN can tell which website produced a request. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives an ordinary browser request.
Your choices
Reply STOP to end texts at any time. For access, correction or deletion, use the contact details at k9pn.com, whose privacy policy governs K9PN's handling of data.
